Job DescriptionComplete management and monitoring of workplace technologies, including end users device management, virtual desktops and collaboration/productivity tools (e.g. Microsoft 365). 3rd level support, investigating, diagnosing and fixing complex incidents. Drive Continual service improvement plans, execute complex changes, recommend best practices to clients.
