SEO / Media Buying Specialist

Objective: You will be responsible for managing and optimizing BG Group’s online visibility across search engines and digital advertising platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SEO strategies, Google Ads, social media advertising, and digital analytics to enhance lead generation and brand awareness. A good understanding of AI automation tools is preferred, as these skills will support integrated marketing strategies and performance optimization. Responsibilities: Developing and executing effective SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and improve search rankings. Managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other PPC campaigns to maximize ROI. Conducting keyword research, competitive analysis, and site audits to identify optimization opportunities. Creating and managing advertising budgets, ensuring campaigns deliver within target costs and timelines. Monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on website and campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools. Collaborating with the marketing team to develop SEO-friendly content. Optimizing website structure, landing pages, and user experience to improve conversion rates. Stay updated with the latest SEO, SEM, and digital marketing trends and algorithm changes. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in SEO and paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.). Proven track record of improving search rankings and managing successful ad campaigns. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush or Ahrefs. Excellent communication and reporting skills. Experience in the construction, real estate, or luxury services industry is an advantage.
