LOOKING FOR STELLAR TOP CANDIDATES  Position:  SEO Specialist Working Hours: Full-Time │Mon-Fri Flexible - 8:00 am - 5:00 pm EST Salary:  1000 - 2000 USD (depending on exp and client’s final offer) Search:  Philippines   About the Role: We’re looking for an experienced SEO Specialist to lead content optimization and drive organic growth. You’ll use tools like Semrush, GA4, and WordPress to manage and improve website performance, leveraging AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to create and update content.   Role Responsibilities: Execute & monitor performance of SEO optimization strategies using tools such as Semrush, Hubspot, Google Search Console, Google Analytics (GA4), WordPress, Yoast, and other relevant platforms.Implement proven ways to increase visibility to LLMs and improve standings for AI Search.Leverage tools to create content, rephrase or rewrite content as needed, plan out content calendars, create videos, and more.Manage a substantial backlog of high-quality content, rewriting and updating existing content to keep it fresh and relevant, and performing well for our keyword strategy.Implement interlinking strategies among blog posts to enhance SEO.Coordinate the creation and distribution of content across various social media channels to maximize reach and engagement, including on Meta, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and YouTube.Outreach to external sites and other third parties to reduce instances of toxic backlinks and increase instances of healthy backlinks.Assist in the creation and implementation of content optimization plans to enhance organic traffic and engagement.Utilize Google Workspace and Google Chat for documentation and collaboration.   Requirements: Proven experience in SEO optimization, content management, and organic marketing.Proven experience leveraging AI tools to create & manage content.Demonstrated proficiency in using Semrush, WordPress, Google Search Console, GA4 & other SEO tools.Strong understanding of keyword strategies, content optimization techniques, & SEO best practices.Excellent written communication skills with the ability to produce & maintain high-quality, engaging content.Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, & meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Experience in social media management and content distribution. Necessary Software Familiarities: Semrush for keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO optimization.WordPress and Yoast for website management, content publishing, SEO optimization.GA4 for tracking website performance, analyzing user behavior, & generating insights.AI content generation tools such as ChatGPT & others for content creation, writing & rewriting.Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, Twitter / X for posting organic content.   Examples of Tasks: Maintaining the Company’s Cornerstone Content: Monitor and update cornerstone content to maintain high rankings in SERPs (Search Engine Results Pages) and competitive positions.Implement updated SEO strategies to optimize existing articles. Content Creation and Renovation: Administer templatized surveys to homeowners to gather their experiences and insights on working with the company.Adapt and refine homeowners' responses to create engaging before-and-after articles.Ensure articles reflect the essence of the homeowners' experiences while adhering to SEO best practices.Other administrative tasks related to the creation of this kind of content like liaising with photographers and homeowners (and possibly also general contractors) regarding the scheduling and execution of photo shoots that will produce beautiful images that will be featured in new inspiration content.
