Job Description
The SEO Specialist is responsible for developing and executing effective SEO strategies to improve website rankings, organic visibility, and traffic growth. The role involves both on-page and off-page optimization, technical SEO, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance overall digital performance.Key Responsibilities:Perform in-depth keyword research and analysis to guide content creation and SEO strategy. Optimize on-page elements such as meta tags, headers, content structure, and internal linking. Conduct technical SEO audits and collaborate with developers to resolve crawlability, indexing, and site performance issues. Develop and manage off-page SEO strategies, including link-building, digital PR, and outreach campaigns. Monitor SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, GA4, or Moz. Track KPIs and prepare detailed performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations. Stay updated with the latest search engine algorithms, SEO trends, and industry best practices. Collaborate with content writers, designers, and developers to ensure SEO guidelines are implemented effectively. Generate weekly reports on SEO performance for each client. Liaise with clients for external meetings to ensure clear understanding of objectives and strategiesRequirementsBachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, or a related field. 1-3 years of proven experience in SEO or a related digital marketing role. Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO practices. Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz. Understanding of HTML, CSS, and website CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, etc.). Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
