If you love connecting the dots between SEO strategy, content, and business impact — this could be your perfect next role.What You’ll Be DoingStrategic SEO PlanningDevelop tailored SEO strategies for client goals, industries, and audience needs.Recommend site architecture, conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and link strategies.Campaign CoordinationCollaborate with Technical SEO, Content Strategists, and web developers to ensure accurate implementation of strategies.Performance Tracking & ReportingAnalyse rankings, traffic, and key metrics, refine strategies, and present actionable insights to clients in a clear, non-technical way.On-Page OptimisationImplement straightforward updates (metadata, schema, internal linking, keyword targeting) across platforms like WordPress, Shopify, and Webflow.Who You Are3+ years of SEO strategy or related experience, preferably with client-facing work in an agency setting.Skilled in keyword research, clustering, and mapping to the customer journey.Familiar with technical SEO fundamentals (indexing, site structure, Core Web Vitals) and able to brief developers effectively.Experienced in planning and managing SEO campaigns that drive measurable growth in traffic, conversions, and rankings.Proficient with tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics/GA4, and Ahrefs.Comfortable managing SEO across multiple business categories and implementing feedback from clients and teammates.Experienced in budgeting, forecasting, and reporting SEO performance against business goals.Strong communicator who can handle stakeholder discussions, balance priorities, and secure buy-in.Knowledgeable about link acquisition best practices and potential risks.Thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with structured workflows.Important NoteThis is a strategic SEO role, not a deep technical implementation position. If you prefer working mainly on audits, fixing crawl issues, writing code, or managing server configurations, this might not be the best fit.
