You will play a pivotal role in building API gateways, tailored security solutions, and generative AI tools, all while ensuring our infrastructure remains scalable, reliable, and secure. You’ll approach challenges with a strong product mindset—deeply understanding user needs, prioritizing impact, and delivering solutions that create meaningful value across the organization.You will:Design, build, and maintain scalable, reliable, and secure infrastructure and toolsEnhance system performance and ensure high availabilityStreamline deployment pipelines for efficient and seamless software deliveryCollaborate with development and operations teams to understand their workflows and deliver high-impact solutionsContribute to the development of inter-company systems and tools from end to endInnovate and implement cutting-edge technologies to drive Wix forward, with a focus on usability, adoption, and long-term valueQualifications3+ years of experience in backend developmentProficiency in backend technologies such as NodeJS, Java, TypeScript, and PythonBroad understanding of software architecture and designDeep knowledge of software best practices and testing methodologiesStrong communication skills and the ability to partner effectively with cross-functional stakeholdersFlexible technology-wise with a can-do attitude and a product-oriented approach to problem-solvingAdditional InformationWe are Wix’s Internal Platform Engineering team.
