Chang’s and grow your career with us. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Server at our Alpharetta, GA location. The Server will be responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences to guests by providing attentive and friendly customer service, taking and accurately delivering food and drink orders, and ensuring a clean, organized dining area. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with the team to enhance the overall dining environment and maintaining an in-depth knowledge of the menu to assist guests with recommendations and special dietary needs. Qualifications Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to create a welcoming and positive experience for all guests.Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced restaurant environment.Excellent communication skills for coordinating effectively with team members and addressing guest inquiries or requests.Basic knowledge or willingness to learn about Asian cuisine, ingredients, and menu offerings to provide better service to guests.Previous experience in the food service or hospitality industry is preferred but not required.Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by restaurant operations.
