Service Advisor

Job DescriptionSalary:We are looking for a customer focused Service Advisor to join our Mercedes-Benz Burlington Team. If you share our passion for delivering an unparalleled customer experience, and continual self-development, while representing aluxury brand, we would like to hear from you.What you will do:As a brand ambassador you will be the primary contact for our service customers providing exceptional customer service with every interactionEnsure all customer visits are hassle free by preparing for their arrival in advance, ensuring all documentation has been prepared completely and correctlyGreet customer, conduct active vehicle side service consultation, document any customer concerns, facilitate necessary service and promote the sale of labour, parts and accessoriesDiscuss all maintenance and repair details and recommendations. Ensuring open communication between the service department and the customer. Anticipate clients needs and provide helpful recommendationsDrive rapport through relationship managementGenerate, process, and maintain documents in accordance with Mercedes-Benz Canada and Mercedes-Benz Burlington policiesAt times, business needs arise and you may be asked to complete other duties as required.What you will bring to the role:A proven track record of superb teamworkA commitment to excellence and a history of providing customer service that goes above and beyond what people expectYou have good communication, problem solving, task planning, and organizational skillsExperienced and comfortable with working busy shiftsAvailable to work a variety of shifts (mornings, evenings and weekends)We thank all interested candidates but only those selected for an interview will be contacted.
