We are looking for a highly organized and customer-focused Service Coordinator to join our team!In this role, you will be the key communication bridge between clients, service teams, and internal departments. You will manage service requests end-to-end, provide clear updates, coordinate resources, and ensure seamless execution of all service-related activities. If you excel at multitasking, enjoy problem-solving, and are motivated by delivering smooth and efficient service operations, this position is a great opportunity to grow your career in a dynamic environment.If you are detail-oriented, proactive, and ready to take ownership of service coordination processes, we would be delighted to meet you.Responsibilities·       Receive and review service requests from clients,·       Act as the primary point of contact for clients , providing updates, addressing inquiries, and managing expectations regarding their service requests.·       Issue service quotations and technical documentation.·       Provide technical and administrative support to Field Service personnel during site assignments.·       Ensure all field activities are properly documented and reported.·       Maintain clear and responsive communication with clients throughout the service process.·       Collaborate with Technical department to plan and execute service requests.·       Ensure that resources are allocated efficiently to meet client needs.·       Plan shipping routes by having a good communication with the involved parties in order to combine spare parts and service request on time.·       Consider factors like distance, cargo type, and delivery deadlines in scheduling.·       Prepare reports on service request status and performance.·       Update customer data and projects·       Request cost invoices and documents from Business Partners in order to issue Customer’s invoices on time.·       Follow up Customer Statement of account and receivables.·       Address any challenges or issues that arise during the service process, such as delays, damages, or changes to service requests.·       Monitor project costs and ensure timely financial closure.Qualifications·       Bachelor's degree in Maritime Studies, logistics, supply chain management or a related field.·       Experience in service coordination within the shipping or logistics industry.·       Strong communication skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.·       Problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.·       Excellent organizational and time management skills.·       Ability on data handling and deliver results on time.·       Good Microsoft skills·       Excellent command of English language, oral and written·       Team Player, approachable, cooperative & friendly
