Given our decade of success we have evolved to become one of the top trusted providers in Singapore and service a client base across banking and financial services, insurance, information technology, healthcare, retail and supply chain.Description of Services and DeliverablesThe Service Desk shall provide technical support, handle service requests, resolve incidents, and escalate cases as required.THIRTY percent (30%) agents will work on 12hours shift and SEVENTY Percent (70%) agents will work on staggered 8 hours workday (excluding lunch time).Each agent is required to work 44 hours per week (5.5days a week), including weekend (Sat/Sun), based on the work schedule as per MOM regulations.Leave entitlement should follow Singapore MOM (Ministry of Manpower) guidelines. -------------To submit your application, please apply online or email your UPDATED CV in Microsoft Word format to joycetrieu@aven-sys.com Your interest will be treated with strict confidentiality.
