We achieve this goal thanks to our team members, whom we encourage and empower to contribute their ideas and improve our services. To support its business growth and strengthen the IT Service Desk Team, the company is looking for a qualified and experienced person.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Service Desk Analyst at Firstcaution SA located in Nyon. The Service Desk Analyst will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for IT issues. They will also be responsible for delivering excellent customer support and service.QualificationsDirect support to Firstcaution internal and external end-user on all software and hardware which includes: Installation and configuration for computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.New user Onboarding and Offboarding: setup, hardware installation, permissions, application testing.Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance upgradesMaintenance of software licences records and IT equipment inventory managementCollaboration with IT counterparts and coordination with 3rd party providers including the SLA’s monitoring.Full responsibility of the Servicedesk platforms, its evolution and reporting.Full responsibility Resolution of the tickets in accordance with the defined SLAs and transparent communication to the end user.Administration of the cloud-based infrastructures like MS365, Azure, Intune and Entra.Adherence to the compliance and security company’s standards.Skills RequiredRelevant IT educationMinimum 4 years experience in 1st and 2nd Level supportUnderstanding and hands-on experience on on-premises and cloud-based infrastructure.Problem solving skills, strong customer focus, team orientedUnderstanding of FINMA, PCI-DSS and Data privacy is an assetFluency in French and English is essential, fluency in German is a plus.Occasionally visit Zürich and Ticino office when requiredStart date: Immediately or upon agreement
