Job Title: Level 2 Deskside Support EngineerLocation:Cork (Onsite 5 days - some day time shift hours)Type:Full-time | PermanentJob SummaryWe are looking for a skilled Level 2 Deskside Support Engineer to provide advanced onsite technical support to end-users in our Cork office. This role requires a strong understanding of desktop environments, hardware diagnostics, and application troubleshooting.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide hands-on support for hardware (desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices)Handle escalated issues from Level 1 and resolve more complex incidentsInstall, configure, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems, business applications, and security softwareMaintain, upgrade, and repair IT assets and peripheralsSupport remote access tools (VPN, Citrix, remote desktop)Collaborate with infrastructure, network, and application teams as neededMaintain documentation and update asset management systemsRequirements2-4 years of experience in Deskside/IT SupportProficiency in Windows 10/11, Active Directory, and Office 365Strong troubleshooting skills with desktop hardware and softwareFamiliarity with SCCM, Intune, or similar device management toolsStrong interpersonal and communication skillsRelevant IT certifications (CompTIA A+, Microsoft, etc.) preferred
