Service Engineer

We are looking for Service Engineer (Dental Equipment's) Key ResponsibilitiesInstall and commission dental equipment and products — including Dental Chairs, Dental X-ray systems, Suction & Compressors, and CAD/CAM (milling machines) — ensuring correct setup and optimal performance.Provide technical guidance and support to technicians, including troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.Perform Field Preventive Maintenance Service (PMS) and install contractual spare parts according to factory procedures.Carry out on-site repairs, calibration, and troubleshooting, ensuring high-quality service for all assigned equipment.Coordinate daily with clients to resolve technical issues and ensure their full satisfaction.Complete required documentation, including service reports, maintenance records, and workflow updates.Stay updated with the latest advancements in dental equipment through continuous learning and training.Follow all safety protocols while performing job duties. RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Biomedical or Electrical Engineering.3–4 years of relevant experience in dental equipment service.Strong communication skills in Arabic & English.Valid Kuwait Driving License is mandatory.
