The Impact You'll MakeDanfoss is looking for a Service Engineer who will be responsible for supporting the Danfoss Drives regional competence center to provide high level technical support remotely or on the field, where required. The competence center is the interface between the global product teams and local technical support teams (across the Asia-Pacific region) to respond to technical questions regarding Danfoss Drive products and applications. The role accelerates development of service capabilities in the Asia-Pacific region (APR) for Danfoss and Danfoss’ service channels which helps us to differentiate from our competition.To succeed in this position, you need to be customer, service and solution minded. It will also be important to have a high level of technical know-how of Danfoss Drives and applications.What You’ll Be DoingSupport the regional competence center and maintain the required KPIs for response to technical casesProvide field service technical support to countries within APR, if necessaryPlan and prioritize technical support requestsEnsure the successful outcome of service together with all internal and external stakeholdersEstablish and maintain a good business relationship with all relevant stakeholdersContinuous development of technical know-how, new technology trends, new products and product featuresWhat We're Looking ForBachelor’s degree / polytechnic graduate in electrical / mechatronics / automation engineering3 or more years of relevant working experienceHigh technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills on drive products and applicationsWillingness to travel across APR to provide hands-on technical supportAbility to build relationships and trust across product and technical support teams in different countriesStrong verbal and written communication skills in EnglishExperience in working for matrix management, cross-functional collaborationWhat You'll Get from Us We promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.
