Adjacent to two major shopping complexes in the country - Shangri-La Plaza Mall and SM Megamall. It is seven-kilometres from the Makati Central Business District and 13 kilometers from the international airport.We are hiring for a Service Leader - Food and Beverage (Senju).As a Service Leader - Food and Beverage (Senju), we rely on you to:Maximize profits, maintain food / beverage / service quality and ensure customer satisfaction Ensure guest service levels according to food and beverage brand standards Assist the manager in order to ensure the proper functioning of all phases of F&B service in areas under manager’s control. Interact and engage with restaurant guests and maintain high quality service standardsMotivate team members and maintain a high level of team spiritHandle guest complaints effectively and professionallyConsistently look for ways to increase satisfaction levels from a Colleague, Guest and Owner perspectiveSupport the daily operation in collaboration with the Service Manager, assist with monthly forecasting, weekly schedule, restaurant profitability evaluation etc. Take responsibility, in partnership with the Service Manager, for the operations look and feel, including but not limited to the overall decor and atmosphere of the restaurant.We Are Looking For Someone WhoHas a passion for Food & BeverageLoves interacting with guests Believes in teamwork Communicates with fluency in English (as well as the local language)Preferably has experience working in either a luxury restaurant or a 5* hotel backgroundA self-starter and a team player Enjoys being challenged
