Remote positionCafeteria: gross 550,000 HUF/year (from the first month)Medicover health insuranceAnnual bonus: up to 150% of the monthly basic salary, in 2 installments (at the end of the semester and at the end of the year)Living allowance: max. net 20,000 HUF/month (in proportion to HO days)Travel allowanceOrganisation/DepartmentWe are looking for a Service Manager - Network Operation colleague to join our German-based manufacturing partner's team.Job descriptionAct as interface between the internal IT organization and external network infrastructure service providers.Translate technical requirements from business units into actionable IT architecture concepts and coordinate their operational implementation with external providers for LAN/WLAN (Cisco), DNS/DHCP, Firewall (Fortigate)/DMZ, and SD-WAN (Aruba)/ Internet. You are responsible for orchestrating all required services with the provider.Define and enforce standards for network design, routing, and segmentation, including comprehensive network monitoring and documentation of network standards.Implement, operate, and continuously improve test and development networks. Ensure the functionality and security of firewalls.Provide secure connectivity between company locations and hosted applications.Manage and monitor external IT service providers and vendors in the network infrastructure domain according to agreed SLAs, KPIs, and monthly reports.Maintain strong relationships with service providers and conduct regular service review meetings.Support budget planning and cost control for the assigned IT services.All responsibilities are to be understood in a global context, requiring close coordination with local and international IT teams and business units to drive worldwide harmonization and standardization.RequirementsProven experience in managing external service providers is essential.Completed training as a network technician or equivalent education, with relevant professional experience.Strong expertise in network design for both LAN and WAN technologies; knowledge of Netscaler, DHCP/DNS, and Network Access Control is a plus.Solid understanding of ITIL practices; Cisco certification (CCNP or equivalent) is an advantageConfident in negotiating technical concepts with service providers and driving results.Fluent in English; German is a plusStrong analytical skills paired with a structured and goal-oriented working style.A team player with a high service orientation and excellent communication skills.Assertive and confident in managing external partners.Quick to grasp new topics, eager to take responsibility, and proactive in contributing ideas.Willingness to travel occasionally for international assignments.InformationSzilvia Gal - szilvia.gal@randstad.huDora Gosztola - dora.gosztola@randstad.hu
