Specifically:supervise, lead, and direct all aspects of the service departmentdevelop, implement, and maintain standard operating procedures and key performance goals for functionsdevelop tactical programs to pursue targeted goals and objectives; communicate strategy and results to team memberswork with General Manager in forecasting controllable expense items for the departmentmonitor the flow of work in the Service Department to ensure work is completed properlymonitor labour sales and customer satisfaction to ensure key performance targets are achievedmonitor and maintain all manufacturer warranty programs for high profit and claim accuracyestablish safeguards to protect all dealership property, equipment, tools, and inventoryfollow up with customers to achieve a high customer retention level and ensure satisfaction; handle escalated customer complaintsreview departmental activity and daily operating reports with Management Teamplan promotions on vehicle service/maintenanceAbout You…Ideal candidates will have a strong background and proven experience in dealership vehicle service sales, including:3 years proven experience in dealership service management5 years of proven experience as an operations and team leaderproficiency in working with ERP and CRM systems (ie.
