The Service Manager leads IT service delivery for General Administrations and Staff Services, overseeing product development and project execution while building strong cross-departmental relationships to enhance ICT effectiveness.🚨Job Description:Coordinate and supervise delivery team operations and translate strategic plans into actionable roadmapsMaintain transparent communication on project status with stakeholders, clients, and project teamsSupport management decisions with detailed business cases for IT investments and monitor team budgetsLead delivery teams and collaborate with Service Operation teams to manage IT infrastructureManage and develop analysts, developers, testers, and architects to evolve services based on business and IT needsRespond to service interruptions by coordinating with Service Operation to restore ICT services and ensure business continuityReport progress and outcomes to the Business Partner of your pillar🚨Technical Skills5 years of experience as Service Manager in an application environment (Java and/or .NET)Being familiar with the operation and management of complex IT systems in large IT environments;Having experience with IT development cost estimation tools;Being familiar with methodologies for application development and management (Java and/or .NET);Having experience in program and change management;Having good knowledge of IT Service Management according to the ITIL methodology.All interviews will be done remotely.🚨This role is SUPER URGENT, don't hesitate to get in touch🚨You must have the right working rights as no sponsorship is on offer.Feel free to send your cv to nelesh@wesourcetalent.com to learn more or call me on +44 77 256 18 238
