Agile Service ManagerAs a supplier to one of our biggest organisations, I am seeking for a Service Manager for a 6 months+ contract in Netherlands.Responsibilities:In this role, you'll be involved in service operations, financial management, service strategy, and service design related to passenger flow services. We're looking for an Agile Service Manager who prioritizes a working solution over documentation. You'll secure and optimize processes with tools, while maintaining a focus on interaction and the overall goal. You'll monitor the quality of the solutions we develop or create for our clients. You have a natural knack for finding the right people within the organization. You'll work closely with the DevOps teams, and together you'll elevate productivity and service delivery.Experience:Has at least 5 years of experience in a similar roleIs flexible and can deal with a changing environmentIs pragmatic and pro-activeHave an innovative mindset. You enjoy thinking in terms of alternative solutions and not sticking to established guidelines. You follow the plan, but you're not afraid to adjust it when necessary.You're good with stakeholders and clients. You maintain your internal and external networks.
