Job Description

Duties/ Responsibilities:1. Spare Part ManagementSpare part orderingManage spare parts sales & claimsTracking spare parts order from Hong KongUpdate Spare Parts List (SPL)2. Service Center ManagementManage and monitor incoming & outgoing toolsScheduling and monitor technician repair jobMonitor the turnaround timeEnsure the service room is well-organized with designated areas for tool repairs and spare parts storage3. Authorised Service Center (ASC) Management Identify and appoint ASC for Milwuakee Malaysia that will provide service and support for power tools.Monitor the ASCs operation is aligned with the Terms and Condition as agreed in the customer service agreement.Technical training arrangement to the ASCs service personnel.Manage the sales of spare parts to ASCsDevelop strategies to maintain ASC engagement and promote a collaborative partnership to foster long-term success.4. Technical Training SupportPrepare and schedule for technical training program to local & ASCs service Personnel.Updates training program and special tools.Assess and address skill gaps in the team, arranging for specialized training as needed.5. OthersOther ad-hoc job assigned from time to time.Act as the main point of contact for key clients and high-value accounts, ensuring their service expectations are met or exceeded.Resolve escalated customer issues and complaints, providing solutions that align with company policies and customer satisfaction goalsRequirement:Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, Industrial) or equivalentAt least 5 years of experience in service-related job functionsExperience with basic power tools and diagnostic toolsPossess Sales Force experience is added advantageAdditional Details :Working Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia
