You will also be involved in upselling services and supporting dealership growth goals.What you’ll be doing:Welcoming customers and performing thorough vehicle walkaroundsSuggesting services and providing clear communications if timeline(s) changeScheduling service, maintenance, and recall appointments efficientlyCommunicating technical service needs in a customer-friendly wayAdvising on required/recommended services with confidence and clarityUpdating customers throughout the process and managing expectationsReviewing work orders, explaining results, and ensuring satisfactionRequirementsWhat we’re looking for:Experience in automotive or RV service advising is a plus, but not requiredA proven background in fast-paced customer service or salesTech-savvy mindset— capable with CRM, DMS, tablets, and digital toolsSharp organizational skills with attention to detail under pressurePositive energy and a drive to exceed customer expectationsValid Saskatchewan Class 5 Driver’s LicenseBenefitsBenefits: We believe in taking care of our team members and setting them up for long-term success is what sets us apart from our competitors.
