As an Automotive Service Manager, you will be the face of our company, ensuring that all customer service activities run smoothly and effectively. You will lead a team of customer service representatives and technicians, manage customer inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain high customer satisfaction. Health and Dental Benefits Package Paid Time Off Great company cultureWhat You’ll Be Doing: Lead, train, and manage a team of Service Advisors, including coaching team members in daily and weekly 1-on-1 meetings to enhance individual performance and address concerns. Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer service and retention. Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing timely and accurate assistance. Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement. Monitor and analyze shop load and workflow activities. Collaborate with the service and repair teams to meet customer service standards. Implement customer service policies and procedures. Track team sales and efficiencies, setting goals to improve performance and customer satisfaction. Prepare and present reports on customer service and sales performance to senior managementWhat You'll Bring: 5-10 years of proven experience as an Automotive Service Manager or Assistant Service Manager. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities. Proficient in CRM software, DMS Software and Microsoft Office Suite.
