Job Description

This position is part of the ADK in-house service team covering the CAL calibration products made / sold through ADK globally.Experience with on-site installations, commissioning, calibration, service and repair of material test stands, calibrators or similar productsProvide calibration and preventative maintenance services in compliance with standards and our quality management system.Provide repair services on products.Provide technical support both in person and via phone/computer.Train new personnel within the organization and representative organization service training.Organize and manage all administrative functions which include but are not limited to: submitting paperwork at appropriate time intervals communicated by management, update any and all changes for customer contacts to maintain accurate customer information.Strong verbal, phone, and written communication skills.Strong customer focus and customer relationship development skills.PC literateStrong analytical skills, problem solving, and trouble-shooting abilities.Proficient in the use of hand tools and electrical diagnostic tools.Proven skill set to make timely decisions and handle multiple priorities.Demonstrated organizational and follow-through skills.AMETEK, Inc. is a leading global provider of industrial technology solutions serving a diverse set of attractive niche markets with annual sales over $7.0 billion.AMETEK is committed to making a safer, sustainable, and more productive world a reality.
