You will be given responsibilities, goals to work on supporting business operations and delivering the real impact to brands, people, consumer, customers, suppliers, and other partners.As a Regional Media Graduate Trainee, You WillQuarterly Media Inflation document One Media Tech Support media team on use cases for the data from One Media TechDrive adoption rate amongst marketsCo-build agenda for Monthly SAPMENA Media Meetings Support SAPMENA Paid Media SOV project rollout Onboarding new and supporting existing markets/divisions, managing stakeholders, collecting data, supporting media team on use casesChecking Paid media SOV dashboard is updated and support team with troubleshootingSupport L’Oreal SAPMENA corporate campaign – Sense of Purpose Market coordination and presentation to stakeholdersQuarterly SAPMENA reporting for FBB, E-retailers, Age targeting, Boosted Advocacy, Frequency Control Support on Impact + - baseline asset size data for HarmonyYou Will NeedStrong analytical skills and attention for details for precise reporting Able to identify patterns and inclination for problem-solving Experience in data models and reporting packages (e.g. PowerBI) Ability to analyse large datasets - Strong verbal and written communication skills to communicate with the wider business Able to work independently or resourceful enough to reach out to other teams Positive attitude and eager to learn
