If you love turning legacy SharePoint apps into sleek, modern, cloud-ready business solutions — and you know the difference between SharePoint administration and real development — this role is for you.You’ll build and maintain solutions across SharePoint Online and on-premises, migrate older apps to newer platforms, and automate business processes using Power Platform tools like Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI.This is not an admin job. We’re looking for a real developer who wants to build impactful business apps and integrations.Your tasks and responsibilities:Migrate and modernize SharePoint appsDevelop SPFx components, custom forms, and responsive web partsDesign solutions using Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BIIntegrate with Microsoft Graph, Teams, and external systemsParticipate in agile development, sprints, and DevOps workflowsWork closely with business users and IT colleagues to deliver valueEnsure security, scalability, and maintainability of all solutionsYour skills and experience: 5+ years of SharePoint development experience (Online + On-Prem)Strong skills in SPFx, TypeScript, React, and PnP librariesPower Platform experience: Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven), Power AutomateComfortable with REST APIs, Microsoft Graph, JSON, and integration patternsExperience with Git, Azure DevOps, and agile delivery methodsNice to have:Knowledge of legacy form replacement (InfoPath, Nintex)Familiarity with Dataverse, Logic Apps, or custom connectorsA passion for clean code and elegant solutionsMicrosoft certifications (PL-400, PL-900, MS-600)German language skills (optional)What we offer:Private health care and travel insuranceLife insuranceCafeteria Platform and sports packageCompany Pension Benefits – Employee Savings PlanAttractive Employee Referral Bonus ProgramAdditional day off for charityHoliday subsidy („wczasy pod gruszą”)Internal German language lessonsPossibility of working from home
