Sharepoint Developer

We are seeking an experienced Sharepoint Developer (SD)for one of the European Institutions, based in Warsaw, Poland. This role is highly focused on Software development related to SHAREPOINT. You will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and optimizing enterprise-level software systems.Key Responsibilities As a Sharepoint Developer, your main responsibilities will include:• System Development: Designs and develops the system.• Team Leadership: Lead development teams.• Design & Optimization: Translates requirements into design and optimizes software from performance, security and quality points of view.• Technical Output: Produces technical documentation, prototypes solutions, and sets software development standards.• Estimation & Solutions: Estimates effort and time for development, and proposes technical solutions for business needs and technical problems.• Quality & Support: Contributes to requirements analysis, testing, quality assurance, change management, and deployment. Tests solutions and develops testing tools. Acts as 2nd and 3rd line support.• Configuration: Manages configuration and releases.Mandatory Profile Requirements Candidates must meet the following minimum requirements:Education: Bachelor - ICT relevant degree is mandatory.Language: Minimum English language skills at CEFR Level B2.Certification At least 1 certification among Advanced level certificate in software development technology domain or an equivalent certification recognized internationally.Required Knowledge and Specific Technical ExpertiseGeneral Knowledge and Skills The candidate must demonstrate:• Expertise in developing enterprise level software systems in the specified technology domain (SHAREPOINT).• Must have gone at least 1 time through the complete lifecycle of a solution.• Proficient in designing and developing: data layer, business logic layer and UI layer.• Knowledgeable in UML and capable of designing applications using UML.• Experience working in Scrum developments.• Capable of leading technical teams.• Demonstrates strong ability to document effectively technical solutions and presents problem solving skills.• Experience in Angular framework and .NET.• Experience in development of SharePoint based system.• Experience in the role of Software Developer in knowledge management, tasks, workflows, digital collaboration, and documents handling.• Experience in ICT solutions that enabled design and management of business processes.
