We are presently searching for Laboratory Technicians that will support the development and validation of methods for new products, performs testing of various lots and stabilities, and participates in analytical technology transfer. Primary Functions: Receives and logs samples, reviews analytical data, prepares certificates of analysisPerforms non-conventional testing (e. g.
, force degradation, method validation, in process samples, bioequivalence dissolution)Perform Tests API, raw materials, in-process samples , research samples, and finished products following specificationsRevises SOPs and completes daily scheduleManages lab inventory and generates purchase requisitionsMaintains files and recordsAttends development meetingsSupports EHS programPerforms laboratory housekeepingDocuments testing activities in logbooks and notebooksPerforms other assigned dutiesWrites/assists in laboratory protocols deviation reportsHandles controlled substancesAssists in data verification and reports discrepanciesEnters test results in the database and reports discrepanciesSecondary Functions: Assists in experimental work under limited supervisionWorks with advanced instruments and performs troubleshootingKeeps records and files up to dateEnsures proper handling of wasteMinimum Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry2-4+ years of experience in a cGMP regulated analytical laboratoryExperience in method validation (execution of protocols and reports) and analytical technology transferKnowledge of FDA, ICH, GMP, and USP requirements for method validation and transferComputer literateExcellent communication skills in English and SpanishOther Requirements: Flexible to work flexible shifts including weekendsWorks under pressure and adapts to dynamic changes in the working scheduleThis is an on site position.
