As we scale up our logistics and fulfillment backbone, we’re looking for an Assistant Manager – Supply Chain Management. This is a mid-senior role for someone who doesn’t just manage supply chains — but builds, optimizes, and scales them. What You’ll Drive:
Design and execute end-to-end supply chain strategies — ensuring speed, service quality, and cost optimizationOversee procurement, vendor management, and contract negotiation for high-quality and timely sourcingMonitor inventory levels, reduce wastage, and optimize stock turnover across hubsStreamline fulfillment & last-mile logistics — rider performance, route planning, delivery accuracySet and enforce QA standards across the supply chain — from sourcing to doorstep deliveryWhat You Bring:
5+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, or OperationsProven track record of managing cross-functional teams and vendors in complex supply networksExperience in FMCG, e-commerce, startups, or logistics is a strong plusStrong negotiation and vendor relationship skillsData-driven mindset — you’re comfortable making decisions backed by numbersProcess-oriented, cost-conscious, and comfortable with rapid problem-solvingBachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or EngineeringWhy Join Sheba.
