The Shift Incharge will be responsible for reporting shift performance and any discrepancies to the management.About The Team You will be part of a dedicated team focused on achieving production targets while maintaining high-quality standards. The team consists of skilled operators and technicians who collaborate to optimize processes and resolve any operational issues. Teamwork and communication are essential components, with regular briefings to discuss shift objectives and challenges.You Are Responsible For Supervising production activities and ensuring adherence to schedules and quality standards. Conducting shift handovers and providing training to new employees as needed. Addressing any employee concerns and fostering a positive work environment.To succeed in this role – you should have the following: Proven experience in a manufacturing setting, preferably in a supervisory or leadership capacity. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions under pressure. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and motivate the team. Knowledge of safety standards and experience in promoting a safety-oriented culture within the workplace.
