be able to be performed with or without reasonable accommodation)Customer Service ResponsibilitiesRollout the red carpet by being friendly to customers and handling vehicles with extreme careCommunicate effectively at all levels with employees, customers, peers, and managementOperations & Compliance ResponsibilitiesLearn to execute open and close duties and follow designated proceduresEnsure a safe environment for all employees and customers by ensuring compliance with safety procedures and report safety or maintenance issues to managementUnderstand Quality Control factors associated with customer's overall experience, products and services, scheduling / labor cost control with respect to historical performance & seasonalityFacilitate and assess damage claimsEnsure compliance with all laws, rules, regulations, and policies at Local, State & Federal levelsSupport company initiatives, including but not limited to marketing, promotions, sales, customer service, and talent management initiativesCompleting tasks associated with location cleanliness such as sweeping, replenishing, mopping, cleaning, and/or minor landscaping work as directed by
