Job Description

该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责： 1. 负责生产车间倒班期间的运营管理，包括不限于人员，设备，物料，安全等，确保生产计划高效执行； 2. 监督生产过程中关键节点的执行，熟悉焊接、涂装及装配质量管控； 3. 快速响应并解决生产异常，统筹调配跨班组资源确保交付时效； 任职要求： 1. 大专以上，机械相关专业， 2.5年以上制造行业生产管理工作经验，熟悉机械加工工艺流程； 4. 熟悉精益生产工具（如5S、VSM）应用，有成功实施改善案例者从优； 3. 能适应倒班；
