Prepare and manage shipping documents such as Bill of Lading, Delivery Orders, and Manifests. Liaise with shipping lines, port authorities, customs, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and compliant operations. Track shipments and resolve any operational issues or delays. Maintain accurate records of cargo movements and operational reports. Support the planning and execution of vessel berthing schedules.Finance AdministrationAssist in preparing invoices, payment vouchers, and financial reports. Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and ensure proper documentation. Coordinate with vendors and internal departments for billing, payment processing, and reconciliation. Support monthly and annual financial closing processes. Monitor operational expenses and assist in budget tracking. Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and external regulations. Minimum RequirementsDiploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in shipping operations and/or finance administration. Strong understanding of shipping documentation and basic financial processes. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word. Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines. #Noatum Maritime
