IT Audit or Advisor (Entry Level)

We are seeking suitably qualified high performers to join our Digital Risk service lines. You will be involved in providing technology risk assurance services to our portfolio of international and local clients. You will be responsible for the execution of the Crowe approach during the audit fieldwork. In addition, you also could provide a variety of non-assurance (advisory) services to our clients.Work you will doAssist in drafting and updating IT governance policies aligned with industry standards.Help identify, analyze, and document IT risks and basic mitigation actions.Support internal/external audits for compliance with PBI and POJK requirements (e.g., control testing, evidence gathering, working papers).Track IT compliance and help prepare concise reports of findings and recommendations.Maintain accurate records of GRC activities (risk registers, issue logs, audit results).Monitor changes in PBI/POJK and other relevant regulations; summarize key updates for the team.Participate in client engagements (meetings, walkthroughs) and provide GRC-related support.Build foundational knowledge of COBIT, ISO 27001, and ITIL, applying them under guidance to improve governance and compliance.Qualifications0–1 year experience in IT, cybersecurity, risk, or related field; fresh graduates welcome. Relevant internships or academic projects are a plus.Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology/Systems, Cybersecurity, Risk Management, or related.Basic understanding of IT governance/risk/compliance concepts and familiarity with COBIT/ISO 27001/ITIL(coursework acceptable).Interest in regulatory compliance; exposure to PBI/POJK is a plus.Strong analytical, detail-oriented mindset; able to follow procedures and produce clean documentation.Clear verbal and written communication; comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams and clients.Willing to learn and adapt to new frameworks, regulations, and tools.Proactive, reliable, and committed to professional growth in IT GRC.
