Reporting to the Marketing Manager, your responsibilities will include:Overseeing and maintaining shop features across the site (navigation, categories, filters, etc.)Ensuring smooth quality control across all shop functionalitiesExecuting and developing our visual merchandising strategy to drive sales and engagementSupporting and driving shop-related projects (e.g., filter optimization, usability improvements) A/B test roadmap execution by setting up, monitoring, and evaluating A/B testsEvery improvement you manage will directly influence how our customers experience our store—and how we grow as a business.YOUR PROFILEWe’re looking for a curious, commercially driven problem-solver with a proactive mindset. You take ownership, love learning new things, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.To Succeed In This Role, We Imagine You BringA degree in Marketing and/or E-commerce or a related field2+ years of proven experience within e-commerceProficiency with tools such as VWO, GA4, and/or ContentsquareStrong analytical skills with the ability to turn insights into resultsFluency in English (our corporate language)PRACTICAL DETAILSLocation: From Q1 2026, based at our new HQ in Copenhagen (Kalvebod Brygge 1, 1560 København).
