Job DescriptionMonitor merchants' performance by Areas to ensure merchants are on par with ShopeeFood's current product promo/channel or campaigns. To work together closely with merchants' account management. Observe and report competitor activities/programs in respective Areas and review their effectiveness/ threat/ opportunities towards Shopee. To propose Quick Win actions to maintain competitiveness within Areas. To explore green field areas within Areas for further expansion. To achieve sales targets for co-funding & campaigns, leading to the revenue increase. Constantly ensure Shopee's presence is visible within Areas managed. To identify high-potential accounts, converting them to Shopee merchants.
RequirementsSPM or Diploma in any field, preferred but not limited to Business, Commerce, MarketingComes with sales experience, preferably in FMCG and Telco industryKnowledgeable and passionate about e-commerce / digital paymentsEffective presentation skills, backed by good business acumenEnjoy challenges and remain flexible in a dynamic entrepreneurial environmentProactively engage, influence, and collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teamsInnovative problem-solving skills, able to dissect problems and implement solutions accordinglyExcellent command of English, the ability to converse fluently in other languages (e. g. : Bahasa Melayu, Mandarin) to communicate with merchants from diverse backgroundsOpen to flexible working arrangements during peak seasons / based on business needs
