Engage with C-Level / senior leadership within Shopee to drive key agenda and initiativesEnd-to-end responsibility of Profit & Loss (P&L), resources and projects with respect to the above responsibilitiesRepresent Shopee MY Commercial to interface withAll departments across Shopee MYRegional teamsRequirementsAt least 5 years of experience in a high-performing organisation, as a management consultant or in corporate strategyBackground in e-commerce or fast-paced tech start-ups is a plusOutstanding problem-solving and critical-thinking skillsExceptional communication and project management skillsResult oriented with bias for hands-on executionPossess strong business acumen and commercial savvinessBachelor's Degree required; Master's in Business Administration (MBA) would be advantageous
