Job DescriptionTo assist in day-to-day HR tasks across the full employee lifecycle — from onboarding and performance management to compensation & benefits, employee grievances, and offboardingSupport employees and managers on people-related matters, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policiesSupport the implementation of initiatives from the Centre of Excellence, such as Learning & Development, Talent Management, Employer Branding, and Compensation & Benefits when necessaryRequirementsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related fieldProven track record of providing effective support and guidance on HR mattersExcellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsProficiency in MS Office applicationsFresh graduates are welcome to apply
