Job DescriptionMarketing OKR Management & Coordination: Work closely with marketing leadership to define, align, and track Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) for the marketing department and individual campaigns. Develop and maintain a comprehensive OKR tracking system, ensuring regular updates and reporting on progress to stakeholders. Facilitate regular OKR review meetings, identify roadblocks, and collaborate with teams to achieve targets. Ensure all marketing projects and initiatives are aligned with overarching company and marketing OKRs. Marketing Budget ManagementMonitor and track marketing expenditures against approved budgets for various campaigns and initiatives.
Collaborate with finance and marketing teams to ensure accurate allocation and reconciliation of marketing spends. Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend strategies for optimizing ROI and budget allocationRequirementsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field. Good to have years of experience in marketing operations, project management, or a highly analytical marketing role. Proven experience working with OKRs or similar goal-setting frameworks. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e. g. , Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, Tableau, Power BI). Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and optimize marketing spend.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
