Job DescriptionIdentify key operational gaps / improvement opportunities for SPX Express' delivery operations (eg. productivity, average delivery times). Design and project manage initiatives to be implemented across all the hubs in Malaysia. Analyse data and results, identify opportunities for improvement. Develop dashboards and tools as required. Prepare proposals and reports for presentation to Senior Management. RequirementsLegally allowed to work in Sabah based on respective state law requirementsCandidates currently based in Sabah are encouraged to apply. Candidates must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field (eg. Business, Engineering, Supply Chain).
Strong analytical mindset and be comfortable working with data. Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills, attentive to details and adaptable to changes. Preferably familiar with the last mile delivery process. Advantage if willing to travel to hubs within Malaysia. Working location: Kota Kinabalu, Sabah
