Job DescriptionPerform Data & Analytics (D&A) analysis where required to facilitate optimal outcomes across all initiativesProject Management Office (PMO) activities for projects with a focus on business growth and profitabilityPlan and roll out new internal and seller-facing initiatives to help the business more effectively achieve operational outcomes, and thus improve seller growthCollaborate with Seller Community teams and Account Managers to identify structural issues impacting seller operational performance and pain points faced by sellersWork with the Operations team to rollout programmes to Shopee sellers and to resolve structural operational issues impeding our sellers’ growthCoordinate stakeholders across Business Development, Operations and Marketing to achieve initiative outcomesAnalyse and optimise internal processes across the Business Development teams to improve efficiency and reduce errorsHandle ad-hoc tasks as requiredRequirementsBachelor's degree in any field is required; a Master in Business Administration (MBA) would be advantageousExperience in e-commerce, fast-paced tech start-ups, management consulting, corporate strategy, or private equity is a plusOutstanding problem-solving and critical-thinking skillsExceptional communication and project management skillsResult-oriented with bias for hands-on executionPossess strong business acumen and commercial savviness
