Job Description

We are currently seeking a proactive Shopfloor Analyst (Manufacturing) on behalf of one of our global clients to support day-to-day manufacturing operations on site. This role partners closely with production, quality, and maintenance teams to troubleshoot issues, stabilize processes. The ideal candidate combines technical acumen with outstanding customer service and a continuous improvement mindset.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide hands-on, on-site support to production lines for SAP transactions (confirmations, materials, work orders).Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, planning, and maintenance to analyze root causes and support corrective actions.Capture business requirements and partner with IT/BRM to enhance SAP and shopfloor tools.Monitor and analyze shopfloor data and operational KPIs to identify process improvement opportunities.Ensure accuracy and integrity of manufacturing data across production and inventory systems.Support investigations related to production deviations and contribute to corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).Assist in testing, validation, and deployment of system or process changes impacting manufacturing operations.Develop and maintain documentation such as SOPs, instructions, and system guidelines.Provide user guidance and training on shopfloor systems and digital manufacturing tools.Escalate and coordinate resolution of system-related issues impacting production continuity.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Systems/Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (B2+ or higher).3–5 years of hands-on experience with SAP in manufacturing (PP/MM/QM).Demonstrated proactivity and ownership in fast-paced production environments.Excellent customer service and communication skills.Problem solving & root-cause analysis, attention to detail and data integrity.Teamwork in cross-functional settings.Continuous improvement mindset.Preferred QualificationsExperience in the medical devices industry and familiarity with FDA requirements.Exposure to shopfloor systems, barcode/RFID, and device traceability.Knowledge of SAP transactions for discrete manufacturing (production orders, confirmations, materials).Additional InformationWork Model: Onsite role – candidates are required to work on-site full-time (5 days per week)Schedule: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
