Account Manager / Client Success ManagerCome join the award-winning team at Shoppable. com This role is responsible for ensuring the success, happiness, and growth and Shoppable's client accounts. You will be the main point-of-contract for select Shoppable's customer accounts. Your number one goal will be to ensure the success and happiness of Shoppable's customers. You will make sure they are kept up-to-date on Shoppable technologies, reports, and new opportunities. You'll be strategic and creative in ways that you and the Shoppable team can help them achieve their goals.
As the main point-of-contact for existing client relationships, you'll be their advocate and work closely with them to help ensure their success with Shoppable and the technology. You'll welcome new clients after the salesperson transitions an account to you, lead kick-off calls for new customers, and work closely with the customer's teams and Shoppable's development team to ensure successful onboarding and launches. Many customers are new to ecommerce and look to Shoppable to help set their expectations and also to teach them best practices.
You'll be creating materials and working with clients to continue to optimize and grow their ecommerce business and campaigns. You'll also work with them to expand their business with Shoppable and adopt new products. You'll want to look for and create new opportunities with the client for upselling and cross-selling, but the sales aspect will be done in partnership with Shoppable's Sales Lead. Your position will be results-driven, so you should be highly motivated to provide your clients (merchants and retailers) excellent service, customizable relationships, and traction-increasing strategies.

* Undergraduate degree * 3+ years of experience working in account management and client services at a SaaS company* Ability to translate technical products so it's easy for clients to understand* Proven track record of generating expansion revenue with current accounts (on your own or in partnership with the sales team)* Excellent written and oral communication skills a must* Strong organizational skills with the ability to work in a very fast-paced environment* Keen attention to detail in all that you do * Analytical and strategic thinker* Ability to analyze reports, pull out trends and put together campaign highlights for clients* Organized * Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint* Experience in e-commerce and/or preferred* Must be self-motivated, proactive and a team player* Other duties as necessary and requiredCompensation + Benefits:
