Showroom Sales Specialist

I'm working with a leading international manufacturer of high-end windows and doors, who are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Showroom Sales Executive for their stylish Dublin showroom. In this role, you will be supporting clients and senior sales through the entire process all while building a strong foundation for a future in sales.Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and guide customers in the showroom, offering advice on design, materials and product features.Assist senior sales in taking clients through the full sales journey from first consultation to post-fitting follow-up.Maintain and grow your knowledge of our product range so you can represent our premium brand confidently and professionally.Provide day-to-day administrative support: process quotations and orders, manage customer records, handle enquiries and assist with marketing activities.Help keep projects moving from quotation to completion by working closely with internal teams and installers.Experience/RequirementsPrevious experience in consultative sales, retail, customer service, or hospitality.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills — you are approachable, professional and enjoy helping people.Strong attention to detail and a highly organised work style.A calm and customer-focused attitude.An eye for design, interiors and ability to read drawings is a definite plus!Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel ; experience with CRM systems or order processing tools is an advantage.
