As a Proposal Management Intern you’ll participate in the development of documents in response to requests. You will collaborate with subject matter experts to create content. Aid in the development of model RFPs and proactive proposals.

If you match this description, get in touch!What You’ll DoProvide formatting, editing/proofreading, and writing functions under the direction from a proposal writer/managerMake changes to content in the Proposal databaseOrganize material and complete writing assignment according to set standards regarding order, clarity, conciseness, style, and terminology. Maintain records and files of work and revisionsDevelop or maintain online help documentation.
Your QualificationsActive Listening - Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate timesActive Learning - Understanding the implications of new information for both current and future problem-solving and decision-making. Critical Thinking - Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problemsSpeaking - Talking to others to convey information effectively. Reading Comprehension - Understanding written sentences and paragraphs in work related documents. Must be currently enrolled in a local University - graduating in 2026.
