Job DescriptionLead customs operations support for Sika businesses in Mongolia, providing guidance on regulations and government requirements for import/export activities.
Manage operational compliance for all import/export activities, identify duty-saving opportunities, and maintain accurate HS codes for goods. Oversee logistics activities, coordinate import/export proceedings, and liaise with service companies to ensure timely arrival/delivery of goods. Maintain all customs-related documentation and ensure strict compliance with ISO systems and SIKA compliance procedures. Identify customs risk areas, develop mitigation plans, and implement internal controls to address identified risks. Perform other tasks as assigned by the Procurement Manager. Qualifications University graduate. At least 5 years of experience managing Customs operations in Freight Forwarders, Custom Brokers.
