Job PurposeResponsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning systems and related equipment throughout the club. This role ensures optimal performance of all HVAC systems to maintain comfort and air quality for members, guests, and staff at KLGCC. Key ResponsibilitiesPerform regular inspection, servicing, and preventive maintenance of all air conditioning systems (split units, central systems, VRV/VRF systems, chillers, etc.
)Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair faults in air conditioning systems efficiently and safelyCarry out installation and commissioning of new air conditioning units as requiredMaintain HVAC controls, thermostats, piping, and ducting systemsMonitor refrigerant levels and pressure, topping up or recovering as neededEnsure all air conditioning units are clean, filters are replaced, and condensers are well maintainedRespond promptly to maintenance service requests and emergenciesKeep accurate maintenance logs and service recordsComply with all safety standards and KLGCC's maintenance SOPsSupport other general maintenance tasks as assigned by the supervisorRequirementsMinimum Qualification: Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia (SKM) in Air Conditioning / HVAC or equivalentExperience:
