SIT Tester

About the Role We're looking for an experienced SIT Tester to join our QA team and ensure the quality and reliability of our digital solutions. You'll play a key role in testing system functionality, verifying business requirements, and driving continuous improvement across web and mobile applications.If you have a sharp eye for detail, a passion for quality, and enjoy working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment - we'd love to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, review, and execute test cases to validate system and functional requirements.Focus on key functional testing across project modules and applications.Track and report overall test progress to ensure full requirements coverage.Identify, document, and communicate defects and issues, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.Analyze and summarize test results, prepare test evaluation reports, and provide improvement recommendations.Collaborate with business analysts and developers to understand user and system requirements.Participate in end-to-end testing processes, ensuring delivery of high-quality solutions.Qualifications & Skills3+ years of experience in software testing or business analysis.Hands-on experience in web and mobile (Android/iOS) application testing.Proficient in various testing methodologies and familiar with API/interface testing.Knowledge of databases and ability to use SQL for data validation and queries.Strong understanding of testing principles, processes, and lifecycle management.Proven ability to independently plan and execute test activities while ensuring project quality and timelines.Excellent written and verbal English communication skills; strong documentation and reporting abilities.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working under pressure.Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork.
