Job Description :Search and find location for opening new store for retail business.Survey and analysis location / feasibility study.Negotiation with landlord / owner / developer.Planning & mapping potential area for retail location.Requirement :Required skill(s): Negotiating, Site Acquisition, Site Survey, NetworkingMinimum up to 9 year(s) of working experience for managerial level and 4-6 years of working experience for assistant manager level, who is exposed in business development and channel development field (retail business background preferably).Experienced in Retail industry and opening store in mall is a mustTalents from casual leasing or tenant relation exposure are welcome to apply.Agile, adaptive & able to work under pressureGood in team work and communication skillWilling to travelWilling to be placed in Jakarta Office (Full WFO)
