Job description:Job Responsibilities Provide support for site commercial activities and general administrative tasks Assist in preparing and maintaining the Site NCR (Non-Conformance Report) cost report Support the application process for work permits for expatriate staff Manage procurement of site equipment and materials, including issuing purchase orders and coordinating supplier payments Coordinate onshore transport and site logistics, including goods receiving, site storage, and LMS (Logistics Management System) updates Update and review monthly timesheets and time bookings in LMS for site HR purposes Assist in claim management processes, including insurance claims Support site de-mobilization activities, such as asset disposal and de-registration Assist in camp management arrangements and related logistics  Education, Experience & Qualifications Diploma or Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience Possess a valid driving license Self-motivated and proactive problem solver with a strong sense of accountability Professional communicator with excellent organizational skills and the ability to understand and document technical information Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel Team player with a collaborative mindset and the ability to build positive relationships with clients, suppliers, colleagues, and management Experience in construction contracting is an advantage but not mandatory Meticulous and thorough in task execution
