Join us as a Site Administrator supporting our Grid Stability Project based Quarry Lane, Sligo , Ireland. You’ll provide essential administrative support directly on our CDM project site. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and is keen to support operational teams through efficient site administration.You’ll be the central point of contact in the site office, managing documentation, coordinating deliveries, organising supplies, and assisting operational managers with reporting and general admin duties. If you have a keen eye for detail and enjoy keeping things running smoothly, this role is for you!Responsibilities:Upload and download project information across client and company portals, liaising with multiple departmentsReceive deliveries and maintain accurate system updatesOrganise site supplies and services including stationery, refreshments, and cleaningScan, file, and maintain site documentation efficientlyPrepare reports and minutes as requested by operational managersSupport with ad hoc tasks as required by the companyWhat We’re Looking For:Excellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenAbility to work well under pressure and meet deadlinePrevious experience in a similar administrative or site-based role preferredComputer literate with proficiency in spreadsheets and word processing softwareAbility to manage and process a high volume of documents dailyProactive, positive attitude aligned with company valuesBenefits:20 days holiday + 10 public holidaysPension contributionsCareer development and professional training opportunitiesLocation: Ballysumaghan, Baile Uí Shomacháin, Fannybrook, Co.
